Need to Know ...
• Class is 5 days a week, 1 hour class, for 1 calendar month
• There are two classes per day. 7:00am and 6:00pm
• You can either join the morning or evening class throughout the week. Mix and match to suit your schedule!
• You can join the class on any weekday (must book ahead by at least 2 days so we can prepare for you)
• Class membership is paid monthly in advance

Program Cost is $299/mo and Includes...
• Scheduled, supervised training, 5 days a week. (10 people max)
• Monthly fitness assessments
